The AGM will run from 11:30 a.m. to 12 p.m., and will include the following agenda:
- Presentation of financial statements;
- Approval of revised by-laws;
- Year in review and looking forward;
- Re-appointment of Directors at end of terms;
- Presentation by nominees for board positions; and
- Voting for board positions.
The subsequent Professional Development event is a special ethics training session presented by Dr. Richard LeBlanc, Professor of Governance, Law and Ethics, York University.
